Introducing Abies nordmanniana or Nordmann Fir - a species of fir native to the mountains in Turkey, Georgia, Russian Caucasus, and Armenia. It grows up to 150 ft tall and has a trunk diameter of up to 6 ft. With dark green needles, it is an evergreen coniferous tree perfect for Christmas tree production. Its unique foliage, with needles that are not sharp and do not drop readily when the tree dries out, make it a popular ornamental tree in parks and large gardens. In addition, the soft and white wood of the Nordmann Fir is used for general construction, paper, and more. At altitudes of 2900-7,200 ft, this fir is a stunning sight to behold and is a great addition to any garden or landscape.
