We work very hard to maintain the highest level of service to our customers. Orders are entered and packaged as soon as possible and typically ship within 3-4 days of receipt. If problems arise we are ready to rectify them immediately and will do what it takes to accommodate.
All the seed that we sell to be true to name and viable as advertised. If you are unhappy we investigate and issue credit, refund or replace as necessary. Our guarantee does not extend beyond the purchase price of the seed and shipping costs.

All shipments have additional handling and insurance priced into the generated shipping value. The Handling fee is a flat fee ($3 domestic, $10 international) per order. The Insurance is 1% of the total seed value. Insurance is mandatory and is not negotiable, it allows us to self-insure against lost/damaged shipments.

If you have an issue with your seed we may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.
If we shipped you the wrong item , we will fix the problem at no charge or refund the full purchase price, provided the item is returned to us in its original packaging.
If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, we will consider a refund or exchange on a case by case basis. Please retain the original packaging and store the seed as instructions in the interim.

Cone & Non-perishable Product Orders: We do accept returns: The cones need to be returned in the same shape you received Please email us prior to shipping the return so we know it is coming to the correct address. If we were in error we will be responsible for return shipping costs, if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong items we will accept the return, but customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be submitted when cones returned to our warehouse in Locke, NY.
