Macaranga tanarius, commonly known as Blush Macaranga, Nasturtium Tree, David's Heart, or Parasol Leaf Tree, is a shrub or bushy tree that can reach up to 60 ft tall. This plant is native to South East Asia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, South China, Taiwan, and eastern Australia, and is commonly seen as a pioneer species in disturbed rainforest areas.
