Comments:

Christmas tree growers find that the Mount Rogers strain will grow better on certain sites or produce fuller trees than other sources. This characteristic seems to be site specific and we can't recommend one source or another for your site. We recommend that new growers try a number of seed sources to find the one that does best on their site. Also, keep in mind microclimates which may make one source do better on one section of your property and another only 100 yards away!
