Sinowilsonia henryi, also known as Henry Wilson Tree, is a rare and endangered species endemic to China. This small tree, reaching up to 8 meters tall, has 6-inch leaves with an asymmetrical and rounded base. It blooms petalless flowers in short racemes during March to May, and its fruits ripen during June to August. Sinowilsonia henryi is found in forests at an elevation of 800 to 1500 meters in Gansu, Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi, Shanxi, and Sichuan provinces in central and western China.
