If a Phytosanitary certificate is needed, Sheffield’s will calculate the costs, typically starting at $81, and send the invoice via PayPal. Orders will not be submitted for USDA inspection until after the phyto has been paid for. See Foreign Foreign Orders section on the website for more details.
