The Robinia pseudoacacia 'Nyriségi' is a forestry selection from Hungary. It originates from the area around the city of Nyíregyháza in northeastern Hungary.
This selection produces high quality wood but also well adaptable trees for urban environments. It is a fast growing tree and will grow up to 65-82feet (20-25M). It has an half open crown in an oval shape. It has the regular feathered leafes, cream white, very fragrant flowers. It will grow in pretty much any soil, as long as it's well drained, well adapted to draught. This is a zone 5a specimen and is pretty wind resistant.
