Introducing Quercus serrata Bao Li, a stunning deciduous oak tree native to southern, central, and eastern China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. With a height of up to 25 metres, it's a real statement piece for any garden. Its leaves, up to 17cm long and 9cm wide, are leathery, elliptical in shape, and have serrated edges, whilst its acorns are oval-shaped, taking up to a year to mature and measure 1.7-2cm in length. The bark is grey or reddish-brown with longitudinal furrows, while its inflorescences attract stinkbugs, giving your garden a literal buzz. With its stunning appearance and unique ecosystem, Quercus serrata Bao Li is the perfect addition to any garden.
